principal and founder james stefanopoulos a chartered surveyor, has over 20 years experience of dealing with commercial premises including retail, leisure, hotels, offices, industrial, land, developments and investments mainly in london and the south east
during his career, james has acted on behalf of various pension funds, local authorities, NHS trusts, housing associations, property investment companies, developers, retailers and private landlords, whilst working for well-known firms such as Vail Williams (Reading), Dunlop Heywood (Mayfair), Hindwoods (Dulwich), Cluttons (Kent) and Stirling Ackroyd (East London). This has given him a broad range of experience, professionalism and knowledge in a variety of areas that has allowed him to create good long-term working relationships and contacts
his most notable instructions were; dealing with retail pre-lets of a newly built shopping mall in Didcot, Oxfordshire whilst at Vail Williams, negotiating a short term rental of a piece of land adjoining a government building in Whitehall at Dunlop Heywood, transforming Lordship Lane in East Dulwich by letting retail units to Café Nerro, Jojo Maman Bebe, White Stuff and Oliver Bonas at Hindwoods, negotiating a sale of land on behalf of the Crown Estate to a retail developer at Cluttons and a pre-let of a large new build basement in Shoreditch to The Jones Family Project restaurant and bar at Stirling Ackroyd
